Maui
Topaz Offers Unique One-of-a-Kind Humpback Jewelry Pieces
As you know
Maui is the winter grounds where humpback whales migrate
each year in order to give birth to their young. If you have
come during whale season this year or in the past, you will
more than likely have seen the mother and baby humpback
frolicking in the waters just off Maui's west and south
shores. Watching these giants leap from the ocean is an
incredible sight.

Here is a humpback whale and her calf seen
in a painting which David created and which hangs on the wall in our store. As you can
see in this painting this painting and the whales themselves

whales caught by one of our friends, Dick Werner. There is
nothing like seeing this mammoth creatures lift themselves
out of the water.

"One day my wife and I
decided to have an ice cream cone in Kihei, Maui, so we
stopped at a Baskin Robbins near Topaz Goldsmiths. It was
one of the best decisions we made. Following our cones we
wandered into Topaz only to leave 4 hours later purchasing

But that's not the best part. The best part was that we
